MTN Premier League returnees Malanti Chiefs have upped the game ahead of the new season kick-off.
The 2025 8bet Bet Trade Fair cup quarterfinalists have appointed Serbian mentor Sreten Pavlovic as their new head coach.
The European coach will lead the Northern Hhohho outfit on a one-season contract.
He was unveiled by the club Chairman, Dumisani Gumedze, and director Victor Rodrigues at Molly’s Restaurant, Checkers, Mbabane on Sunday.
Gumede said they are happy to enlist the services of the Serbian coach.

“We are pleased to secure the services of Sreten Pavlovic as our new head coach. We are confident that he will take the team to greater including a respectable league finish.
We commend the good work done by the assistant coaches during the Trade Fair cup where reached the quarterfinals,” he said.
Pavlovic said he was happy to join the local side.
“It’s a great pleasure to join such an ambitious team like Malanti Chiefs. I will work with the entire family to take the team to greater heights and thank the team for welcoming me warmly into the Malanti family,” he said.
The 53-year-old coach is a CAF Licence A holder.
Other members of the technical bench include Vusizwe Mahalalela and Sibusiso ‘Spoko’ Dlamini.
