Ginindza stated that there will be investing up to E5 billion in the next three years with the projects they have undertaken.

“There is a big picture. We are motivated by His Majesty King Mswati III’s sermon during the National Prayer three years ago which had a theme that we need to keep moving. We have not stopped.

We have started with Matsapha Link, Malkerns Square, moved to Manzini Arch, we are busy with Nhlangano Crossing.

In Nhlangano, we are next to the bus rank because we want to spread ourselves beyond Mbabane-Manzini corridor. We want to create jobs even in rural areas,” he said.

Ginindza said Eswatini will strive on investments on Tourism and Agriculture.

‘Never underestimate the power of Tourism,” he stressed.

Ginindza said the secret of enduring success is in creating something people will own.

“We are targeting 850 apartments and now we are almost at 200. The apartments are fully occupied.

usiness 101 says you create the demand then supply.

The changing global business landscape demands that Eswatini businesses must think beyond the country’s borders and create products, services and opportunities capable of attracting international investment,” Ginindza added.

Ginindza also revealed that a boutique hotel will be built in Malkerns as part of the robust expansion currently being undertaken by Select Limited Properties and Lojaf.

“In the olden days, hotels were run by Management Companies and those companies had links international, but we believe emaSwati are capable. Our hotel will be run by emaSwati. We will train emaSwati to run the hotel,” Ginindza said.

Lojaf Pick N’ Pay Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mario Fernandes revealed that the newly built Pick N Pay shop will be officially opened on Thursday, September 3, 2026.

“Since we bought the facility in 2015, we have always strived to empower the local farmers and avoid bringing stock from South Africa.

For example, we don’t import pork from SA anymore. Chicken is locally produced and Swazi farmers are seeing the opportunity,” Fernandes said.

African Alliance-Select Limited Group Property Manager, Lyle Hutton led the media tour of the facilities which include a new liquor store at the Malkerns Square Parkview Pick N Pay, the old shop which will be Pick N Pay Hyper, offering a variety of beverages.
