Sekhukhune United coach Eric Tinkler has said that they will treat their MTN 8 semifinals second leg against Stellenbosch FC as a second half though they are trailing 2-0 from the first leg.
Addressing the media at the PSL Offices in Parktown Johannesburg on Thursday afternoon ahead of the game on Saturday Tinkler said that they will treat it like a second half just like what happened against TS Galaxy in the quarterfinals where they came back from 2-0 down to win 3-2.
“I try and treat it like this is the second half of the game and 2-0 down is exactly what happened against TS Galaxy. So, what becomes important is that we obviously have to take more risks in attack. We have to be a lot braver on the ball.

We have to be more certain in attack but we mustn’t be stupid. You got to be clever because we know they are going to look to hit you on the break and the counter attack. The concentration levels have to be really high.
You need to be positive to be able to go out there and be able to look to try and get that early goal. A 2-1 lead is never comfortable for the team that finds itself in that 2-1 lead position.
So, if we can get an early goal, that will put a lot of pressure on them and it will motivate us more to try and get the equaliser,” Tinkler said.
