It’s a Loga split.

The Eswatini Football Association has parted ways with Sihlangu head coach Zdravko Logarusic.

The decision was taken during an emergency meeting held at Sigwaca House on Wednesday between the coach and EFA executive members.

The outspoken Croatian mentor recently led the nation’s pride to back-to-back FIFA World Cup defeats against Cameroon and Libya.

He was left with two months in his one-year contract with the mother body, which will elapse in October.

A source close to the matter asserted the news to the Eswatini Daily News.

“The organisation and the coach agreed to part ways by mutual consent. The two parties are now working on the termination logistics.

There are several factors that were considered, including the safety of the coach, including his safety due to a string of poor results ,” the source said.

Eswatini Football Association Chief Executive Officer Frederick Mngometulu could not be reached for comment when compiling this report.
Sihlangu is left with two matches in the ongoing qualifiers against Cape Verde and Angola.
