England beat France to reach Women’s Rugby World Cup final

England booked their spot in the Women’s Rugby World Cup final with a commanding 35–17 victory over France in Bristol.

The Red Roses, who led 7–5 at half-time, pulled away in the second half with four tries to seal their 32nd consecutive win — extending their world-record streak.

Fullback Ellie Kildunne marked her return from concussion with two tries, while Amy Cokayne, Abbie Ward and Megan Jones also crossed the line. Fly-half Zoe Harrison converted all five scores.

England will face Canada in next Saturday’s final at Twickenham after the Canadians stunned New Zealand on Friday, handing the Black Ferns their first World Cup defeat in 11 years.

France will meet New Zealand in the bronze-medal match, also at Twickenham.
