EYA National Gala dinner rescheduled to November
The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Trade, in collaboration with SEDCO,announces the rescheduling of the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards National Gala Dinner
The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Trade, in partnership with the Small Enterprises Development Company (SEDCO), has confirmed the new date for the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards (EYA) National Gala Dinner.
The event will now be held on November 7, 2025, instead of the earlier scheduled date of October 22.
The annual EYA Gala celebrates Eswatini’s leading entrepreneurs and innovators whose businesses drive national growth and job creation.
Speaking at a press briefing, Minister Manqoba Khumalo said the event reflects the country’s commitment to His Majesty’s vision of producing Eswatini’s first billionaire business.
The awards mark the culmination of a nationwide selection process identifying outstanding enterprises with potential for international competitiveness, in line with the MSME Policy (2024–2029).
The programme supports innovation, market expansion, and the development of a robust entrepreneurial culture.
Title sponsor First National Bank (FNB) Eswatini has contributed over E1.7 million towards the grand prize and regional awards, underscoring the strength of public-private collaboration in promoting business excellence.
The Ministry and SEDCO encourage all stakeholders, partners, and investors to update their calendars for November 7, 2025, when the nation will once again honour the spirit of enterprise and innovation.
