Pressure Mounts – Trump Finally Opens the Epstein Vault
Donald Trump has officially signed a bill directing the US Justice Department to release files related to Jeffrey Epstein — a move that comes after months of him dismissing the issue as a Democratic “hoax.”

Despite long-standing scrutiny over his own past ties to Epstein, Trump has consistently denied any wrongdoing. During his election campaign he pledged full transparency, but more recently pushed back against calls to make the documents public.
The shift came over the weekend, when Trump urged Republicans in Congress to support the bill, promising he would sign it. The House voted overwhelmingly in favor, 427 to 1, and the Senate quickly confirmed that it would also pass the legislation.
In a post celebrating the decision, Trump claimed Democrats have weaponized the Epstein scandal to distract from Republican successes, and he attempted to link Epstein more closely to well-known Democratic figures including Bill Clinton, Larry Summers and LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman. While all have been mentioned in recent congressional document releases, none have been accused of wrongdoing.

Recent material released by Congress has also included references to Trump himself, former UK ambassador Lord Mandelson, and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly Prince Andrew. Like Trump, they have denied any illegal involvement and expressed regret over their past connection to Epstein.
