For over two decades, The Luke Commission (TLC) has stood as a beacon of transparency and accountability in financial management, and recent developments reaffirm this enduring commitment.
In a rigorous demonstration of its dedication to ethical stewardship, TLC has completed three comprehensive audits, each conducted by reputable and independent entities. These audits, spanning from national to international levels, collectively underscore the organisation’s unwavering integrity.
The first of these evaluations, an External Audit carried out by an accredited national firm, was finalised on August 19, 2025. Shortly thereafter, on August 25, 2025, an Internal Audit conducted by the Ministry of Finance further validated these findings.

Completing this triad of assessments, an International Audit by a top 25 U.S. firm was concluded on November 7, 2025. TLC, on social media emphasised that these outcomes are not merely about compliance but are a reflection of a deeply ingrained culture of responsible stewardship. “Our commitment remains unchanged; accountable stewardship and compassionate care for every last one.”
An audit is a thorough and impartial evaluation of an organisation’s records, procedures, or systems to verify their accuracy, compliance, and dependability.
It offers an independent and objective assessment to determine whether financial statements accurately represent the company’s financial status or if a process fulfils its intended objectives and standards.
